I LOVE THIS WEATHER.
It’s starting to feel like winter and I have the Christmas spirit this year, unlike last year. Despite the fact that I have been completely broke and lost in life for the past month, I’m very happy. I feel like I’m becoming less selfish and I’ve stopped worrying about stupid things that I used to worry about in the past. I know God is gonna take care of everything once I straighten out my priorities. I’m gonna start going back to church, because I know it’s where I belong. I get so uptight and unhappy when I’m not involved. For 2010 I definitely want to get more involved with helping people out more too. HOPEFULLY, I can save enough money to move out. I really don’t want to still be living at home after my 21st birthday, so I still have 9 months.
New Year’s Resolutions:
1. MOVE out
2. find a new church home
3. be involved in some charity organization
4. figure out what I’m gonna do for a living
5. cycle lots, eat more WHOLE foods!
I want to move out in a different town, it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Either closer to the Bay Area ($$$$!) or Seattle, or somewhere by the coast that’s not too expensive, San Diego is really cool too, or Venice Beach, Ca. Mmmm. I miss those places. Blah. Vacaville sucks. I need to get away. SOON. End.

I’ve been thinking about getting a cat. I definitely want to get a beagle or a dachshund someday. But I think a cat will be a nice companion for when it’s just me on my own, and I can get a doggie when I have a family. I dislike most cats but sometimes they’re cute, like this one…

HOME

Well my travels have come to an end, and it’s beginning to feel like Christmas. I had a delicious Peppermint White Mocha right when I got to the airport. It was awesome, because I didn’t drink coffee for a whole week! This past week was soo much fun, I’m exhausted but in the best way. Went to Acapulco, Xihuatenejo (sp?) and Manzanillo, Mexico and San Diego. GOOOD TIMES. I miss it already. I had escargot and lobster for the first time which wasn’t too bad, ate all kinds of food, drank yummy Coronas, danced A LOT, went kayaking in the ocean, got lost, sang at karaoke almost every night, met a few awesome people, ahhh the list goes on and on. I’ve been unpacking and cleaning all day. It feels good to be home and sleep in my own bed and eat homie foods. Haha. I got to see Schmeckle last night too! She’s only in town for the weekend, but it was an awesome surprise and then we all fell asleep watching Adventureland which was a terribly boring movie with awful acting. Just sayin. Anyways, back to life and reality in good ol’ Vacaville. Happy late Thanksgiving everyone. Peace.

So I’m going to LA for the weekend. My gramma’s cousin passed away and her funeral is tomorrow. It should be good to see family that I haven’t seen in a while. I don’t know when the last time I went to So Cal. I used to love it down there. Especially Venice Beach and Hollywood Blvd. But I feel I’ve grown apart from the high profile scene. I just like simplicity now and being around more earthy places. I really want it to rain again, it’s the middle of November and we’re still filled with endless sunny skies.
